Latin Resources Limited (ASX: LRS) has received firm commitments for a placement of 166,667,000 shares at an issue price of $0.03 per share to raise $5,000,010. Proceeds from the placement will assist in funding a maiden air core drilling of the Noombenberry Halloysite Kaolin Project near Merredin in Western Australia.
